High temperature of the video card with two connected monitors

Hello,

Radeon RX 5700 XT Graphics Card

Driver version 19.11.3

I have two monitors:

1) Samsung C27HG7x
144 Hz frame rate
Connected:
Video Card - DisplayPort - DisplayPort - Monitor

2) LG 23EA53
60 Hz frame rate
Connected:
Video Card - HDMI-DVI-D - Monitor
I tried:
Video Card - DisplayPort - DVI-D - Monitor

The result is similar.

Problem:

One monitor is connected. (Picture 1)

When two monitors are connected at the same time, the memory frequency runs at the maximum frequency (1750 MHz), even when there are no active processes. (Picture 2)

As soon as you turn off the first or second monitor, the memory frequency resets to normal frequencies immediately (200 MHz). (Picture 3.)

If you connect both monitors back, it will be increased to maximum frequencies (1750 MHz). (Picture 4)

This leads to the fact that the video card holds a temperature about 60 degrees celsius without any active processes.
If you use one monitor the video card will hold temperature about 40 degrees celsius.

I saw similar problems on the Internet, but there is no solution yet.
I tried to change the monitor frame rate to 144, 120, 100, 75, 60 Hz, but it didn't make any difference.

Please help to find the solution to this problem. If the problem is the video driver, when it's gonna be solved? Because it has been discussing on forums since July 2019.

This kind of problem wasn't on video card GeForce GTX 1050 TI.

I solved the problem by installing a second video card.
