I was thinking of getting a gtx 1050 ti and connecting it to my laptop for hopefully some performance boost.

I´m not sure if is the correct answear but i think that you need thunderbolt connection with external psu and pci-e extention.

But you can with the Mini PCI-E V8.0 EXP GDC thingy.

There are also tutorials on how to do it without the need of usb thunderbolt at the cost of your wifi connection as it takes up the wifi chip slot thingamajig.

I just want to know if its possible for my laptop to deal with it.
