I have been trying to get this GPU to work with my TV but the only real solution to fixing over scan is using AMD HDMI scaling. This would be a perfect fix but for whatever reason using this feature locks my frame rate to 30 fps. Are there any known ways to fix this asides from doing it in my TV's settings since it doesn't have any resize settings.
