HD 6950 3rd monitor is never active regardless of the combinations settngs

Hi.

I have three monitors in Win10:

1 AOC AG271QG4 - HDMI

1 ACER X193w - RGB

1 IBM T120 - DVI to HDMI via DP

Separately they all work fine and so does DP.

I have many adapters for many combinations and all of them are recognized by the system, but regardless of the combinations made, changing its connections to the card, one of the monitors never becomes active.

So, Win10 accepts 3 monitors, the Card Radeon HD 6950 manages 3 monitors.

Could someone explain to me, why I can't manage to have all three monitors active?

Thanks.

You need an active DisplayPort adapter for at least one of the monitors.  A simple pass-through adapter will not work.

I have the 570 with one hdmi and 3 displayports. It will run any two of the outputs but not three. I have active displayport to hdmi converters on the two displayport outputs. I have restarted, updated drivers, unplugged / replugged, etc. Only two (any two) will come up.

Is there a particular displayport to hdmi converter that is needed? I bought the Plugable here: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00S0C7QO8/
