Try reconnecting your monitor to your graphic card using HDMI 2.0. Also, clean install display adapters in the device manager then go to AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops and install auto detect setup.
Also optimize you setting in amd radeon settings.
