Hard Shutdowns

Okay so I am my PC literally shuts down completely but only when I'm starting games and running benchmarks . I have to turn my power supply off then back on to even reboot. Its not overheating, I've reinstalled drivers, move parts around, gave the system a clean. I even did the obvious thing and went out and replaced the GPU and im still having the issue. Updated everything but I'm still having HARD crashes. Does anyone have any suggestions at all.

I would say your PSU may be faulty.

download and run OCCT PSU Stress test and see if it shut down while the test is running.

Keep a close look at the Temperatures and PSU Outputs for abnormal readings while the test is running.

I suggest having a monitoring program running showing Temps, Voltages, Frequencies, etc. Then run a game and look at the Monitoring program and see if you can see anything abnormal in Temps or Voltages.

PSU outputs should have a +/-5% differences from it reference PSU voltage.
