As you see in title, PC restarts and when it starts then there is loud sound like a vacuum cleaner, then when Windows loaded succefully AMD says the AMD Wattman settings was restored or something like this.
Please help, as I see it is only problem in that game, twice it happend when I changed graphics settings for a bit higher/lower. Before I hadn't that problem. I have the latest driver 19.1.2
