graphics card potentially dead

A few days ago while playing a game, my pc decided to turn itself off and back on again. But when it was on, there was no output from the rx480  and the fans weren't spinning but the lights were still on. My motherboard bios is unable to detect it too. I've already tried installing another GPU and it works, so right now I don't know what else to do

Either take the GPU card to a computer shop to be tested or install the GPU card on another computer and see if the exact same thing happens.

If it does then the card is defective. Make sure none of the PSU GPU cables are not loose or not making good contact.
