I have the same issue on battlefield 1 and battlefield 4. When turning post processing to normal it does not do it.
in Warzone 2 i also have random dots appearing in green water and normal 'blue' water is vibrating.
In the witcher 3 the water far away is also abnormally vibrating.
These graphical issues only appearin these games for me and i noticed that i'm not the only one with this problem. That video above is not mine but reproduce my issues identically.
