Hello guys,
I need second opinion about sending RX 5700 XT Pulse on RMA.
The issue
My PC
I recorded short video with overlay on (1080p no overclock).
Thank you for your help.
Edit: When I'm out of the game (game is running) my gpu is running at 99%.
Lower resolution panels are not as brutal as 4K and above for gaming
My RX 480 8GB hardly can handle gaming at 3840x2160 with demanding modern 64-bit games
At 1920x1080 however my card barely get warmed up.
I know that 1080p isn't demanding as much as 4K or 1440p but the issue is somewhere in the GPU itself.
If I pause the game, GPU is at 99% utilization and running on max Core clock.
not sure but some games in the lobby load the GPU, could be for tuning in-game settings
Actually found the issue updated to F51 and the problem started appearing.
Downgraded to F50 and the issue is gone. Going to sell this card cause I
had enough of this. Going to buy 2070S instead and it's coming from big AMD
fanboy.

Re: GPU Usage seems low in Graphics
I will open the bidding at 99 cents
Bad as radeon drivers can be, the cannot compared to the worst of them all.
GeForce driver 196.75 had a defective fan profile that locked fans at 30% regardless of temperature.
Lemme know when you get the new card. So I can arrange delivery....
Its AMD's trash powerplay feature which downclocks the GPU.
It cant be fixed so RMA ASAP.

I am speculating that the R5 3600 may be one of the faulty ones, in light of the long thread over the processor on this forum.
For some reason there have been a lot of reported problems. I suggest a new BIOS may surface before long.
