Graphics Cards

Hello,my GPU usage is all over the place,it constantly fluctuates with no stuttering or fps drops,it goes from 100 to 90 to 0 to 85 and so on,it doesn't affect me,since i do not lose any performance,but i worries that it will affect me in the longer time.
My specs are:
Motherboard:Gigabyte Aourus x470 ultra
Processor:Ryzen 3700x
PSU:Seasonic Focus 750w
RAM:Corsair 32gb 3000mhz
I run 21.8.2 driver,my temps are constant,no overheating,around 55-57-60 max.
The games that I usually play are Borderlands 3,Sekiro,Nioh 2,Dynasty Warriors 5,CS:GO.
Can you please help me solve the GPU usage fluctuation?

Do you have it selected as the graphics card to use for the games?

The fluctuations in the performance of the GPU (FPS) are normal in the game, it depends on the respective graphics engine and how you act. With my Valhalla in the benchmark this is from 37-114 FPS.
