GPU upgrade for older DELL Inspiron 545 PC

Can anyone recommend a suitable upgrade for the ATI Radeon HD 4350 GPU?

I have a DELL PC Inspiron 545 (2009) with a Radeon HD 4350 fitted as standard. The Microsoft 'Link To Windows' App does not work properly since that GPU does not support Miracast, and only supports WDDM v1.1.

I do not do gaming or intensive video editing so a basic GPU will do but it must support Miracast and a later version of WDDM.

It needs to be 'plug & play' in the sense that I don't want to replace the BIOS, Mother Board or PSU.

Am I wasting my time and should I just purchase a new PC?

I am running the latest W10 version which appears to work OK apart from the Link to Windows (Open Screen) issue.

Thanks.

That is a really old computer. You'll have potential issues with the power supply not supporting the new graphics card. I couldn't find the specs on the power supply, but I'm guessing it's anywhere from 220 watts to 270 watts. It also won't have a 6 pin PCI express power connector. Your upgrade options will be limited for new cards.

Thanks, that's pretty much what I thought would be the case. I'll look into buying a new Desktop PC.
