My video memory of 2GB (factory memory) suddenly has lowered to 1GB and keep on it. I dont have any idea of what happened. I didnt hit the computer or something.

Any help and suggestions about what happened and how to fix it, please?

Configurations:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics. 4 cores and 8 threads.
• Motherboard: ASRock A320M-HD
• Memory: 8GB DDR4
• Graphics: AMD Radeon RX Vega 11 Graphics. 2 GB (but suddenly actually 1GB)

Obs: CPU coupled to video card.

Hi I might be wrong but I thought the AMD Radeon RX Vega 11 Graphics uses 2 GB of system memory (shared). Have you just updated the driver, or made changes in the BIOS? These are perhaps the only places that would change the default allocation
