I have been having this problem where my Rx 580 flickers while idle or watching videos on you tube. The screen will  change colors or flicker black for a split second while temps stay at around 40c. could I just have a bad card or could this be fixed? any help would be appreciated!

CPU: i5 7500 

RAM: 8gb ddr4 2400

mobo: msi b250 gaming m3
