What version of your driver? I'm using 20.5.1. I still have no problems yet.
The same happened to me. I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled again and solved it. Use the DDU to uninstall.
I've already checked 20.5.1 and reproduced green screen issue very quickly in FurMark.
