The issue is almost constant when using three monitors, if I disable the two secondary monitors the issues goes away however that is unreasonable to do most of the time, I have these monitors for a reason I use this computer for work, study and gaming. The crashes vary in frequency from every hour or two to every few minutes, it is becoming increasingly frustrating.

1440p 144Hz FreeSync DisplayPort
Secondary Monitors:
1080p 60Hz HDMI (Through DisplayPort to HDMI adaptor)
1080p 60Hz HDMI
Recent drivers actually seem to be worse, I had no issues with 2019 Drivers.
