So i plugged in a new monitor 1920 x 1080 Acer Nitro VG220QBMIIX and now i must play every game (except League of Legends idk why) in windowed mode. For example i was playing witcher 3 on fullscreen 60fps every time on my old monitor, everything was fine (DVI) and i changed to new one (HDMI) and it feels like im having 5fps but it shows that i still have 60 fps. GPU: radeon rx 580
