Well... Ask Epic Games about why they hadn't implemented native FSR support? It is not AMD job to tinker with game source code.

Either way you can modify DLSS libraries to convert them into FSR 2.0 ones.

Or you can try to use AMD RSR instead, if it works for Fortnite.

When I had the RX480, RSR wasn't available and lots of games didn't had FSR. But there is a nice little tool out there.
