Hi,

Connected a WX5100 via a 5v powered dual riser  as was adding additional m.2 only now i after installing the gpu into the mobo the fans spin but no display signal is found.    A couple of days ago it displayed with like a matrix slight overlay though would for windows to reboot after 20 secs in a loop.  But now nothing but spinning fans.

Any suggestions please?

You are going to need to give a lot more information on your computer setup including Windows version and AMD driver version installed.

But maybe @fsadough  AMD moderator expert on Professional GPU Cards can be of assistance.

Hi,

Windiws 10 amd Pro softwareQ.3.

Blank screne when i use that card but fans spin.  Am using anpther card in the pcie 16 so the slot is okay.

But it's a hardware issue.  Is there a way of resetting the bios?

Though having aquired via aliexpress the process seems to long and problematic with shipping. covid, and translation.

So i have a PCB guy nearer that'll take a look.

Should any components be required can you suggest how i might order them?

It doesn't matter where you bought the card from. As long as you still have a valid warranty on it, you can RMA it with AMD online.
