My PC has been having an issue lately where I will be streaming a game to a friend (when I can most commonly have the issue occur.) or working in Adobe while watching videos then the screen will freeze for a quick second then all my monitors go back then it goes back in which I get this pop up from AMD.
I have already sent in the graphics card once to receive this second one but the issue persists and it says Driver Timeout which leads me to believe it is a software issue. I have tried everything and have no idea what to do!

Adobe (BugDobe) i have a same problem @ Radeon 6900XT
4-5 hours non-stop gaming non any issue (BF,PUBG,STRAY,FORZA),
but if i working Adobe Camera Raw,Photoshop driver crashing, black screen
