I have a LG MK430H-B monitor supports FreeSync in 50-75Hz range.

The issue is when I'm getting 60-65 FPS(less than 75FPS) the game is being so choppy and annoying. I had a 60Hz old monitor that it looks smoother than the new one.

The most interesting thing is, the Windmill demo of AMD works pretty well! While on that demo, even 55FPS looks smooth, but in games, 65 FPS is choppy.

How can I fix that ? I thought buying a FreeSync monitor wont be worse than old.

Make sure Freesync is enabled on the monitor and in the AMD settings, for starters.  And turn on vsync as well, so you won't start tearing if the frame rate goes above 75.  You're out of luck if it goes below 50, as that range is too small to allow LFC.
