I have an MSI RX580, i5-8400, 16gb ram. After installing the latest driver, my pc began showing artifacts and black screen, on further investigation I found out that it might not be the most stable driver and installed the 19.12.1 driver and installed it. had a few days of normal gaming and now its back it crashing and Huge FPS drops, when in drop ship I normally get around 90-110fps but now I only get around 30 which gradually increase as i drop to the ground, when taking fights it drops to 40-60 fps. I play CSGO with a custom resolution(1440x1080 at CVT timings ), and when I open the game stuttering and Flickering starts and doesn't stop until I restart my system.
