After 20.3.1 update on my RX580 while playing CS:GO fps caps itself when nothing is moving on screen fps comes down to 70 and just stops, but as soon as something happens it goes back up to normal 200-230. I've checked ingame settings, but nothing's wrong there. Maybe there's something wrong in AMD settings?
