Flickering Laptop Screen

My laptop's graphics have been flickering/glitching severely. I figured that it was a problem with the graphics, because when I went to uninstall the AMD I have now, it stopped flickering. But if I install a newer version or reinstall the old one I had, the flickering comes back. What do I do?

How about telling us which laptop you have on which OS and the associated driver that is installed? With so limited info you provided, you would hardly get a response from anyone.
