when all eight red light bulbs on ASRock's Vega 56 light up (I think they indicate graphics memory usage) windows 10 crashes (BSOD) with thread_stuck_in_device_driver error.
My guess is that the power I provide for my egpu is insufficient but what is sufficient?
driver version: 19.12.2
egpu adapter: R43SG-TB3
egpu: ASRock's VEGA 56
system: ThinkPad X390 Yoga
PSU (required by the egpu): Corsair's VS350
I would really appreciate your support!
hi , i was having the same problem , i could not figure it out but read some stuff so i did a fresh windows install i did not install the ryzen chipset drivers and one thing i read was to lower the gpu memory to 700mhz and lowered to vol to 900mv and set the power limit to - 15 and for 8 days now i have not had any crashes fingers crossed , hope it helps
