Experiencing Crashing/Black Screen w/ Radeon 7

Prior to getting an R7 I ran an R9 290 with no issues. Only thing that I changed in my system was the video card.

System Info:

Intel 6600k

ASrock Fatality Z170 K7 gaming Mobo

DDR 2400 16gb Ram

m.2 SSD

eVGA 850w PSU

Latest Bios driver installed (Most recent from 2018)

Latest driver installed (19.2.2)

Windows installation was wiped fresh to remove issues

Issue: Randomly at times my system bogs down, followed by a both of my monitors going black and never turning back on. Only way to get a signal back is to hard reboot. This issue has occurred surfing the web or gaming. At this point I have no idea what is going on and I am stumped.

What OS version do you have installed ?

If it's Windows 10, what build version ?

Thanks.

I currently am running the latest Windows 10 build 1809. Update was done

prior to graphics card install. Bios was also updated along with any

drivers.

Thanks for the feedback.

What are the monitor models you are using and how are they connected to the graphics card ?

Do you experience this issue when alt-tabbing while playing a game ?

Finally, do you see this issue when running with a single monitor ?

I have similar issue with my Radeon 7. But black screen occurs when my PC idle and Windows turn off my monitor. Sometimes the monitor does not turn on when i touch mouse or keyboard. I turn off the monitor power and turn it on again and the monitor screen turns on. With my Fury X all works fine.

Fresh Windows 10 1809 LTSC with latest updates and latest amd drivers installed.

i7 7820X, Asus Prime X299-A, 32Gb RAM, 1000w PSU. One monitor Samsung S32D850T via display port.
