Gpu is 100% usage and the recomended system requirements are really low i should run it at least at 100 fps on ultra. 1080p screen by the way. Please Someone has a fix? scaling is 400% and everything is on ultra. outside the city its almost 60 fps but in the city about 30 fps. come on AMD.
