Encoding H.264 codec

Hi, I am trying to use Cyberlink PowerDirector v10 software to convert old videos onto an external hardrive. I want to be able to view the files on a smart TV so I am trying to convert them to MPEG-4 files. When I try and do this, it comes up with the message in the screen shot below. Below that screen shot is a screen shot of the video card installed in my desktop. 

Does the AMD Radeon Graphics Processor support hardware encoding of H.264 codec?

Nattie, Have you figured how to enable or download the H.264 codec yet for Power Director? I am having the SAME problem with Power Director. After 3 days of trying, I am ready to give up!
