Hello;
I finally found the issue was causing flickering. The issue is having activated AMD Freesync with Enhanced Sync at the same time, try it for yourselves.
Now the issue is I'm having tearing on my screen if I turn off enhanced sync, but if turn off AMD Freesync I get stutter when the frame drops. So I have to choose between Stuttering or Tearing, ohhh AMD...
