Hello,

I have got a Problem with my Graphics Card. After spending about 3 mins in games, the game crashes and I get the following error-message:

DirectX function: "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The device is hung which is typically caused by issues in the graphics driver or alternatively the application"). GPU: "AMD Radeon RX 5700XT", Driver, 26.20.15003.5016 16.12.2019 01:00:00

I bought the graphics card just 2 months ago and until recently it has always been working correctly. The drivers are up to date (Version: 19.12.3) and also updating DirectX or repairing the games did not solve the failure. My system specs are:

Win 10 Pro
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT Red Devil
2x 8GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro
MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
+ Storage (M2 SSD and HDD)

I hope you can help me with this issue, since a solution by the forums was not succesfull

Clean install back to 19.12.1.

sir, its not helping, i have formatted my PC let alone clean install ,, APEX LEGENDS crash every time

Maybe you already solved it, but this was my solution:

I just simply didn't start the game in full screen mode and reduced some of the graphic settings.Until now, there weren't any further problems.
