I have a Gigabyte Radeon 5700 XT 8GB. My Motherboard is a X570 Aorus Master and Windows 10 Pro 1909. I have dual monitors. They are both HDMI connections. One of them is a Display port to HDMI cable because the monitors don't have any Display Ports and there is only one HDMI on the GPU. When dragging any Window from one screen to the next when the cursor hits the edge in between the monitors it snaps into place. The configuration is set to extend the displays and it should not snap in place. It should just move the window to the other monitor. If I stop dragging it part way and grab it from the second monitor I can finish dragging it to the other monitor. It works proper only when I turn off the Snap feature. How can I fix this?
It was a error that was only fixed after doing a Diskpart and Clean on the hard drive. I assume it was a virus, but I don’t know for sure
