I have an Asus P5Q3 Deluxe WiFi AP@n motherboard with Intel's P45 chipset, Intel Q9550 Quad Core CPU and 16GB of DDR3 ram.

Is RX580 capable of working with my system?

I have the card installed on my system, it works fine with Windows10 but when I try to launch a game, I get an instant blue screen error. Here's the error:

PCIe is backwards compatible, so yes.

Yes, as mentioned in a previous comment. But the Motherboard slot must be at least PCIe x16 (2.0) x8  speed.

Here is the latest AMD Driver for the RX-580 from AMD Download page: Radeon™ RX 580 Drivers & Support | AMD 

Also what size PSU do you have installed?  According to a PSU-GPU website you must have a minimum PSU of 550 Watts for your total computer needs with a RX-580.

Also you need to configure the RX-580 with AMD Wattman so that it will be more stable under loads as per this comment in a previous Thread here at AMD Forum:

The black screens are power ceiling and thermal throttling issues. This is common to all RX 580 and RX 590's.

Set your power limit to +50 and use a custom fan and temp curve. I have attached my curve for reference. Do similar with yours.

This should be your first step in troubleshooting your RX580 crashes.
