Displayport on RX 5700 XT

When i connect the TV (4K) to a videocard (DisplayPort), the first 2 seconds shows the desktop, and then displays the interference. The cable is new, I checked it on another PC - it works. I inserted the same thing into the monitor - the first 2 seconds shows the desktop, and then the interference. What could be the problem? Moreover, an important note, after reinstalling Windows and before installing the drivers, the monitor or TV displays via DisplayPort. But provided that one device is connected, or a TV, or a monitor. But after updating drivers, i see this problem. Thank you for your attention and time.

It's hard to believe, but the problem is solved - the cable is of poor quality. But when I ran Linux in real time, it immediately started showing (which is of poor quality), but not on Windows. I brought another displayport cable - displayport - everything is ok (but its length is a little less than 2 meters).
