Display settings

Hello

I have an AMD Radeon Vega 3 graphics card, and use a Huion drawing tablet. On my old laptop i could link these up no problem, however on my new Lenovo when I connect up, the screen will no display. I've checked with Huion, and it looks like the issue is to do with refresh rate on the second monitor. The fix they offer is to change the settings on the AMD card - I need to turn off the HDCP link assurance, then override the setting

1st problem i have - when i right click the desktop, I don't see the AMD settings prompt - i only see "AMD Radeon software". Then when i click into the display settings there, I have no option to switch off HDCP. Then when i look at specs, i have no option to overide the HDCP setting

The fixes ive found all have a consistent way of solving my issue, but i do not have the same settings and options to select. No idea what to do! I have the latest driver 20.9.1 downloaded a few weeks ago.

Thanks
