I've been having this since I can remember, does this show that my Sapphire NITRO+ 6600 xt it faulty or bug amd driver ?
How to fix device not started (amdkmdag)
1) install new windows 10 after install Directx & Visual C++ and driver chipset motherboard
2) Shut down system and change graphic card into slot pciex 3 and install amd latest driver version full install
3) Shut down system after driver install again change graphic card inti pciex 4 FINISH
