Currently upgrading from a 280x to a 590, will I need to uninstall any old drivers or will it run normally once I install my new GPU?

As the subject states I just want to know before I install my new GPU, is there anything I should uninstall before or does the AMD Adrenalin software automatically adjust to the new GPU?

Currently both are supported products, so just reinstall the drivers, choosing the Custom Install and then Clean Install options.
