Ive recently bought Rx 470 sapphire 8gb and everything working fine except in overlay CPU util is 0% at all times. It was working fine when i installed the card. Wiped all drivers and still 0% util.

Im currently rocking with Ryzen 3 1200.

It looks like this is now Fixed in Adrenalin 19.8.2 for Ryzen 2700x + R9 390X at least on Windows 10 19.03 Pro 64bit. 
Will test with other AMD GPU.

Yes it is still broken on Ryzen machines but works on Intel.
Maybe they want to indicatle how powerful Ryzen is by showing 0% utilization versus Intel using 70%...

Nope, Intel i5 Skylake here and I'm seeing 0% both in the performance metrics tab and in the overlay in-game. Vega utilization, VRAM, RAM etc are all fine.

On recommended version 19.12.2.

OK well it is working for me on intel i7-4770K and intel i7-4790K machines.

I have this problem as well using a 3600X on an msi B450m Mortar Titanium with latest bios..

It would be really nice if this could get fixed. I'm trying to balance my GPU and CPU utilization.  Any idea when we might see something

It seems to be fixed for me in Adrenalin 2020 20.1.4 when I tested it on Ryzen 2700X + RX Vega 64 Liquid.
Point to note though, I had to in place reinstall Windows after Adrenalin Driver BSOD & Crash.

Yeah looks good on your end.  I've installed the chipset drivers from AMD for my b450m and uninstalled/reinstalled the adrenalin/drivers.  No good for my 2700X.  What board do you have? Maybe it is a chipset thing?
