So I recently purchased an HP 15 bs103nx laptop which has a Radeon 530 4gb and I can game only for like 10 minutes with around 60 fps before I start getting massive fps drops. After this the fps drops like every 20 seconds. Here's what I've tried:

1. Updated BIOS

2. Updated graphics driver

3. Lowered settings of games to lowest

4. Performed factory reset

Please reply as soon as possible.

Have you assigned the high power graphics to the game? This is handled by Microsoft.

Also, make sure you did not sign up for the customer experience program. If you did..leave it. This is done in the Adrenalin control panel.
