Computer crash and reboot when I install AMD Radeon HD drivers

Each time I install drivers it keep crash and reboot the laptop just before the installation ends.

My computer is a Sony Vaio SVE1711C5E

My Graphic card is an AMD Radeon HD 7500m/7600m.

I have tried so many tuto with no results.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

Your graphics chip is also legacy product, the two options from the driver page are the last, no newer drivers available.
