TENGO EL SIGUIENTE PROBLEMA MI NOTEBOOK CON TARJETA INTEGRADA AMD RADEON HD 8400 / R3 SERIES AL INTALAR WINDOWS 10 EMPEZO A TRABARSE (MUEVO MOUSE Y SE PEGA CADA 2 SEGUNDO Y AVANZA TODO MOMENTO ASI ).. INSTALE LOS ULTIMO DRIVER INTALE VARIOS DRIVERS MAS Y NADA NO SOLUCIONA ..LO UNICO QUE SOLUCIONA EL PROLEMA ES DESACTIVANDO LA TARJETA .. MI DUDA ES HAY ALGUNA FORMA DE COMPATIBILIZARLA CON WINDOW 10 ?? O TENDRIA QUE VOLVER A WINDOW 8 NOMAS? .. LO OTRO WINDOW 10 INSTALA DIRECTX12 ... AFECTARA EN ALGO QUE USE ESE DIRECTX?? O SOLUCIONARA EN ALGO BAJARLO DE VERSION .. SI ES ASI ALGUIEN SABE COMO REALIZALO ?? GRACIAS ESPERO RESPUESTAS

The only AMD APU Processor that uses HD 8400 is a A6-5200M APU.

You must install the APU AMD laptop driver and not the HD8400 Driver. When you install the APU driver it will automatically install the HD8400 driver at the same time.

But it is best to download and install your laptop's manufacturer AMD Laptop driver for Windows 10. If they don't have Windows 10 download that is a good indication that your laptop may not be 100% compatible with Windows 10 OS.

A mí me ocurrió exactamente lo mismo que a ti. Revisé en el apartado de "Administrador de dispositivos", y todos los controladores estaban bien, es decir, sin ningún icono amarillo de conflictos. Entonces, miré en el de controladores de pantalla. Y me encontré con 2 controladores: "AMD Radeon HD 8400 / R3 Series", y "AMD Radeon HD 8600M Series". En este momento, ya sabía que era un conflicto de controladores de pantalla. Así, deshabilité el primero, y ya se me corrigió el problema del puntero. Más tarde. realicé más comprobaciones, habilitando el primero y deshabilitando el segundo, y también se arregló el problema del puntero.

Como conclusión, actualmente tengo deshabilitado el segundo.
