Change integrated video card for normal video card

hello hope you guy can help me i have leptop and all my games running with integrated video card how i can change from integrated to normal video card that i have hope you will understand what i mean peace

You must assign the high power graphics to the game or app. You do this through the computer 'DISPLAY' option...scroll down to 'GRAPHICS'.

i have laptop and when i go to graphic settings i cannot see dextop app bar :(((((

Read very slowly....you go to your 'DISPLAY' option ON YOUR COMPUTER (not AMD panel). You scroll down the 'DISPLAY' page till you see GRAPHICS.

when i open the browse app i cannot see my steam games and also when i open other games its showing high perfomance and power saving perfomance but both have same my intergrated videocard its not showing me my videocard 

i know its worst english but hope you will understand what i mean
