I have Lenovo Z51-70 with Core-i5 5200U and Windows 10 (64bit) with two graphics cards - Intel HD graphics 5500 and AMD R9 M375. The issue is that cards don't switch automatically when I launch a game and need high performance. Every time I start a game I see Intel HD Graphics taking action on the performance and surely the game graphics are not good, medium quality is glitchy and freezes at times, so I wondered how to make AMD graphics work. I have been searching my native and English internet in search of a solution to the problem for the last few hours, found many many people with the same problem, but no solution. I have already installed all the newest drivers for discrete AMD video card (18.9.2.) Anybody solved this problem?
