Can i use a radeon rx 5700 xt on an intel core i5-6402p cpu @ 2.80ghz?

I have a cyberpowerpc and it has a radeon rx 480. i want to upgrade but dont know if the radeon rx 5700 xt is compatiable

You can combine any GPU with any CPU, they are always technically compatible. What you should really be asking is: ''Can my PSU handle the load of this new hardware?'' So what are your system specs?
