Can a Radeon Pro WX 2100 run 6 individual 1080p displays using an active displayport 1.2 MST hub?

Pretty simple question. I can't find any official documentation on whether or not the Radeon Pro WX 2100 and 3100 support 6 monitors through MST.

Also, how is Ubuntu support for this card?
