installing drivers from the file win10-radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-edition-20.9.1-sep29.exe when using a r7 360 (maybe this effects other cards), there is an issue when i create an application using SDL or SFML where nothing will be drawn to the window until it is resized.
if i uninstall the drivers, the application works as expected.
has this been fixed in 20.10.1/20.11.1 or should i continue to use the old drivers i was using?

Use the older drivers. Nothing for that card better in the new drivers. I have an RX 5600 XT and don't use the newest driver, I use what's stable for me. Some releases break stuff that worked or they have features intended for newer cards/games/apps.
