Bottom-right corner causes severe frame drops when in fullscreen game

Hi!

Specs at the bottom.

I've had an issue that I recently started experiencing. Namely, whenever I edge-pan bottom right of the screen within Dota 2 and hit the bottom right corner, I drop from 180~ fps down to 30 within 0.5-1 second.

I still don't know what it depends on; however, after searching, I found several threads from years back where Unix distro users had been having issues with the bottom right corner as well but only in the situations where they had AMD GPUs. Apparantly, it was fixed in a Windows update (furthermore, I have checked that Windows is up-to-date) but that's what's brought me to ask this question here.

Below, I've left a few links of people experiencing the same issues I have, although none of said people ever found a solution. One suggested solution, of turning V-sync on, did not work at all for me.
