First off- I am clueless to a lot of this-

I use Artlantis 4 (3dsMax at some point in the future), AutoCAD, Photoshop all day, running a Dell 7720 laptop with 7820HQ, 32gb ram and the RadeonPro WX-7100.

What are optimal settings for speedy renderings, etc?
