Can someone guide me on what is the issue with my GPU?

I have installed the latest optional driver (havent updated or used the GPU for a while) so decided to do a test and was scoring really low scores, so I used  AMD Clean Uninstall Utility and download last recommended driver and still scoring really bad.

Can someone point me to where should I start and try solving this problem?

Try using DDU to totally remove drivers and then install the Adrenalin 19.12.3 driver again. That gpu score is very low.

Also make sure you psu is good enough to power the gpu and both 8-pin cables are plugged in and no pin is damaged on the cables.

I get the following with a 5700XT Nitro+ and 4790K at stock on both.

gpu score : 9607

cpu score : 4797
