Any way to contact an engineer to ask questions regarding the function and development of GPUs

I am completing a final research project and I wanted to Contact someone with experience in development of graphics cards/GPUs to ask questions regarding their function and development. Any assistance with finding someone would be appreciated.

Pick up a phone.  Posting in a user forum is about the least likely way of getting in touch with someone willing and able to do what you desire.
