I did 2 tests, the first test uninstalled all amd video card drivers all from scratch

And when I opened the program, I noticed at the beginning of the video that I pressed the right mouse button and it didn't show the radeon symbol, because I uninstalled all the drivers

Without video card the program works normally.

Then I decide to install the latest amd driver, the most up-to-date, I installed it normally, restarted the pc and that's it
I went to open the after effects program and it starts giving error with screen flashing and program crashing.

It's strange because it only happens with video editing programs, for example adobe premiere , after effects , sony vegas.
It never happened in games.

Could you do a summary I thought it was a simple thing to solve. because I'm Portuguese, and I don't understand the procedure very well. Problem that this error only happens when you open video editing programs, example after effects.

in 2021 I used a program called msi afterburne and lowered the core clock a little, and opened the after effects program and it worked normally.
Now even doing this, it is no longer advancing.

I am currently using the radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-20.11.2-win10-64bit-nov18 driver.

because this was the only driver, that when I used the msi afterburne and lowered the clock, the error stopped.
but now even decreasing the error came back.
